Warranty & Return Policy

Levinson Leather Goods provides a 2 year warranty on all of our leather products. We are confident that our products are made to last a lifetime and guarantee their quality.

Our 2 year warranty covers any damage from normal wear and tear. Please contact us via the email address used for the original order and provide your order number.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

• In the rare case you receive a defective product, we will immediately process an exchange.
• If you wish to return a defective product for a refund, please let us know as soon you receive your order. 
• If you would like to return your order for any other reason our return window is 30 days. There is a $29.99 restocking fee per item.
• Returned items must be in original condition and you are responsible for return shipping charges.
• Customized products cannot be exchanged or refunded.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

HOW DO I START A RETURN/EXCHANGE?

• Contact us at returns@levinsonleathergoods.com with your order number and a clear photo of the product you wish to return/exchange.
• We will provide shipping instructions if the return request is approved. 
• Refunds will be processed after the item is received in original condition to our warehouse to your original method of payment.
• We will notify you when the return is received and approved.
